  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
